All monthly rentals will be charged separately for electricity usage over the average $200 per month worth of usage in addition on the agreed rental fee. Please note, Grills are not accessible to guests. They have to be rented at the Grill Spot. Only the Olas Del Mar pool can be accessed by our guests. The other pools are for the other units.
