Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated vacation apartment in Bad Bentheim. Spacious 80sqm first floor with 1 bedroom, 1 floor heated shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, (35 sqm) dining and living area with 3-4 more sleeping possibilities invite you to spend relaxing time in the county of Bentheim. Generous windows provide brightness all around. With 300 square meters of lawn, the property offers plenty of space to play and relax.

Sleeping: 1 cozy bedroom (with king-size bed 180x200cm), as well as a spacious closet with quick access to the bathroom. You also have a wonderful view of the peaceful orchard.

Living area: The living room area has modern and cozy seating elements. The sofa can be converted into a 160x200cm bed for 2 people. Our two armchairs can be folded out and offer a cozy night with 100x190cm for 1 additional person each.
A Smart TV with Netflix access for relaxing evenings leaves nothing to be desired.

Dining: In the spacious dining area, an extendable table provides enough space for relaxed meals, games evenings or simply socializing. Alternatively, there is another table in the kitchen to enjoy a cozy coffee or champagne for two.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven with convection, a large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine + capsules and much more.

Bathroom: Our spacious daylight bathroom has underfloor heating and a large barrier-free shower.

Outdoor area/garden: A cozy breakfast can be enjoyed on our sun terrace. A picnic table and comfortable deck chairs make for unforgettable hours in the well-tended garden. Our paradisiacal fruit trees, shrubs and vines are definitely worth trying out.
