Step inside and experience open concept living spaces bathed in natural light, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful details that elevate every moment. The spacious bedrooms promise restful nights, while the open living areas are perfect for gathering with loved ones after a day on the beach. Every corner of WHAT-A-BEACH has been curated for effortless comfort and refined coastal living.



Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. Lounge by the sparkling pool or unwind in the hot tub—optional heating is available for a perfectly warm soak. Entertain in style at the covered outdoor bar, ideal for cocktails, grilling, and evening conversations. Relax on the private community beach located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound; located just a few steps out the back gate. Come and enjoy peaceful sound views, gentle coastal breezes, and sunsets that will make every evening feel magical.



For added convenience and fun, a 6-seater golf cart is available for exploring the area in comfort. Whether you’re savoring poolside afternoons or taking in panoramic views of the sound, WHAT-A-BEACH offers an elevated coastal experience from start to finish.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Additional $100 per night

Please note that pool heating effectiveness may vary based on outside temperatures and may take up to 3-hours to heat.

Hot tub heats in 30-60 minutes and will be set at 100 degrees. Hot tub is on a timer and will automatically shut off after two hours.



Additional Details:

Age Policy:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.



Golf Cart Rental:

6-seater available for $90/night. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed waiver required. Drivers must be 21+.



Garage Use:

Not available for guest parking. Beach chairs and beach gear is for guest enjoyment. Please return all gear after use.



Guest Access:

Please take the stairs up to the front door. Electronic lock for entry requires your specialized code, which you will receive before check-in.

Nestled between the Gulf of America and the Santa Rosa Sound, Navarre Beach is known for its sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and laid-back coastal charm. Less crowded than neighboring destinations, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing easy access to dining, boating, fishing, and waterfront adventures.
