Situated on a beautiful duck pond with golf course views, this comfortable 1 bedroom condo is conveniently located next to all that Branson has to offer. Table Rock Dam, Moonshine Beach, Shopping, Shows and many Restaurants are all just minutes away. Silver Dollar City, the Branson Landing and downtown Branson are only 15 min away.

Dog friendly - one dog under 50lbs, $75 pet fee per stay.

This is a bottom floor condo with with an accessibility ramp or one flight of stairs.

This condo was amazing! The hosts thought of everything! Plenty of plug in for electronics, hand soap in kitchen and bathroom, snacks upon arrival, coffee and creamer pods. It was as if she knew us personally. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again and again. We had a tiny incident that the host had fixed within an hour. She was an excellent host. The extra blankets super soft! We enjoyed cozying up on the couch and watching movies. My husband even loved the condo and he’s very hard to please.

This condo is very nice. It has been kept up to date and is nicely decorated. The furniture looks new and is comfortable, as is the bed. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything you would need. The communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed the patio every day of our stay. I think the view is better than what the online photos show. We enjoyed the wildlife - a pair of geese with their babies, ducks, a good variety of birds, and the muskrat that wandered past the patio about the same time every afternoon! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

I am not the most technicalogical person on the planet but I don't remember seeing anywhere that the room we had was downstairs and the only access was climbing up and down the stairs. This might have been a deal breaker for us as one of us has bad knees and hard to climb stairs but we did make it work as we found a ramp on the end of the rooms, it was steep but made it. Also we felt very restricted in this unit, no shoes, only use certain towels, parking restrictions and the like. The furnishings inside the unit were lovely. You might need to check the bed for bedbugs as my fiancé and I both got up the next morning from the first night of sleeping in the bed with bites on us. I checked for bugs myself and didn't see any so thought I was mistaken but we both do have bites on both of us.

The listing does clearly state that this is a bottom-floor condo accessed either by an accessibility ramp or one flight of stairs, so guests can determine ahead of time whether the property will work well for their needs. We were also surprised by the comments regarding “limitations,” as we do not restrict normal towel usage, parking, or standard guest amenities during stays. Regarding the concerns about bugs, we can confidently say the property does not have bed bugs. We use zippered mattress encasements and protected pillows as part of our regular cleaning and maintenance standards. Being located in the Ozarks and surrounded by nature, guests may occasionally encounter seasonal outdoor insects such as mosquitoes or chiggers, especially during warmer months. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything needs attention so we have the opportunity to help and make things right in real time.
