Loved this place!!! Super clean, great for the price, really cool place for a quick couple getaway. Super convenient location close to downtown but the neighborhood wasn’t the best. A little sketch however there is a gate you can close and lock to stop anyone from getting on the property. Didn’t have any problems or issues and felt safe overall. Great host if we had any questions they got back to us very quick to help accommodate. 10/10 highly recommended!!

We are really happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you appreciated the close access to all downtown and the riverwalk has to offer. In regards to your comment about the area being “sketch” I agree the street is dark and we have requested more lights but other than that it’s a bunch of long time residence. Across the street is a family with small children, next to them is an elderly couple that have lived here for over 40 years. The house next door has been unoccupied for quite some time but no safety issues as you stated you felt safe and made use of the security gate. Thank you again for staying with us.
