The apartment is located on a hillside, and an outdoor staircase leads down three stories to the entrance. The continuous terrace is shared by three apartments and is separated by privacy screens. This apartment is located in the middle, and guests staying in the rear apartment use the terrace as a passageway. Parking is limited (very narrow access) and can be booked for an additional fee. Please contact us to check availability. Alternatively, we have easily accessible parking spots about 100 meters away.

The location is ideal for short walks: Lake Constance is just a 3-minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone with its shops, cafés, and restaurants. One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.

The 4.5-room penthouse apartment offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps. When you arrive here, you can take a deep breath, relax, unwind, and just let it all hang loose… perhaps with a glass of delicious Lake Constance wine or “See-Secco,” which you can purchase from a Lake Constance winemaker or a wine cooperative.

You’ll be just a short walk from the city center, and the shores of Lake Constance and the lakeside promenade are only a few minutes’ walk away. The city center is bustling with activity, especially during the summer months, and you can soak up the town’s zest for life while enjoying freshly caught Lake Constance fish at one of the many fantastic restaurants or treating yourself to a delicious ice cream at an ice cream parlor. Überlingen is also a perfect starting point for hiking and biking. A must-see is the State Garden Show and the nearby Birnau Pilgrimage Church, which stands majestically above the lake and offers a fantastic view of the lake and the Alps. The world-famous lake dwellings, which tell fascinating stories from the Stone and Bronze Ages, offer an exciting vacation experience.
