Arrive – Relax – Enjoy<br><br>Look forward to our bright, cozy, and well-equipped vacation rental on the southern edge of the Westerwald.<br>Idyllically located on the outskirts of Barig-Selbenhausen, a district of Merenberg, and surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, this is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Lahn Valley.<br>The 55-square-meter non-smoking apartment, with its own entrance, accommodates two guests. It features a comfortable box-spring bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private small terrace (south-facing) overlooking the garden.<br>The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and a Senseo coffee maker. A small welcome gift of coffee, tea, and mineral water is provided for you.<br>The bathroom, which has natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A clothes rack is available for your laundry.<br>Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.<br>A wide range of informational materials and travel guides are available for you in the apartment. In addition to two TVs with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a selection of board games, you’ll also find a variety of light reading material.<br>All rooms have underfloor heating and are equipped with electric roller shutters.<br>A free parking space in front of the house rounds out the amenities.<br>We embrace hospitality and want you to feel at home with us from the very first moment.
