The space
Welcome to your perfect Branson getaway! This cozy and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax, explore, and make memories. We’re so close to Silver Dollar City, you can hear the train whistle and almost smell the kettle corn and BBQ!

SECOND BEDROOM
Designed to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests, this fun and functional room includes:

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACE
Need more flexibility? We provide a King Koil enhanced queen airbed, one of the most comfortable models available. It features a built-in pillow, extra spinal support, and can easily be set up in the living area.

Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers, granite vanities, and are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The master bath also includes a small jetted soaking tub for added relaxation.

PRIVATE DECK

Please note: This condo is located on the lower level and requires stairs. From parking, guests descend a short flight and then 18 additional steps to reach the entrance. Inside, the condo is all one level.

Boat trailers are not permitted on-site. However, Indian Point Marina is just 3.5 miles away, and we may be able to assist with alternative parking (subject to availability and stay duration—please contact us in advance for details).

Other things to note
Pet Policy

We love welcoming your entire family—including dogs! To ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following pet guidelines:
• A one-time pet fee of $75 for the first dog, and $25 for each additional dog (up to 3 dogs maximum) will apply.
• This fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning. Guests will be charged for issues such as soiled rugs, chewed furniture, or other damage.
• To prevent damage, dogs must be kenneled when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Only dogs or certified service animals are permitted. No cats, birds, reptiles, or other pets are allowed.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in a noise complaint and, if necessary, involvement from Indian Point Police Department. In severe cases, guests may be asked to vacate without a refund.
