Guests will have private access to the whole house (minus owners utility closets) for their entire stay - so make yourself at home!
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The Guest who makes the registration should be 25 years or older. Guest will be asked to provide a license to show they are at least 25 years old and he/she must be in the rental for the entire stay.
Starter Kit: To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit of essentials (dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, trash bags, toilet paper). This is for your arrival, so please plan to purchase additional supplies for the rest of your stay.
Streaming Only: The house has smart TVs with apps like Netflix and YouTube. Please bring your own account credentials; we do not offer cable TV.
No Parties/Events: Our home is a quiet space for relaxing. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside. Violations will result in a fee for odor removal and cleaning.
Maintenance: We take pride in our home. If you notice any maintenance issues, please report them immediately, so we can fix them.
Pool Maintenance
To ensure your enjoyment, a trusted third-party service maintains our pool. Please note that they operate independently, do not provide specific visit times, and may enter the property to service the pool without prior notice.
