The living area features a cozy sitting area and a couch that can also be used as a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m). A swivel TV, a radio/CD player, a selection of books, and games ensure you’ll have a relaxing time. The open-concept kitchen with a cozy seating area is very well-equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
In addition, the large south/east-facing balcony adjoins both the living room and the bedroom, allowing you to enjoy the sun even in the early morning hours.
You’ll want for nothing here. Pleated blinds provide additional privacy.

The large bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. Please remember to bring a large bed sheet, as this is a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00) with a continuous mattress. It is perfectly equipped with a very large closet, an additional TV, and electric exterior blinds. A crib and a high chair are available for your little ones.

The en suite bathroom, featuring a heated towel rack, bathroom radio, walk-in shower, and washing machine, is harmoniously designed.

An added bonus: The building has an elevator that will take you and your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor.

A parking space in the carport right next to the house, as well as a bicycle storage room, a handcart, and two bicycles, are also available to you free of charge.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 to 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
