HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

NOTE: Please use only the garage and driveway for parking your vehicles. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the grass. Otherwise, your car may be towed at the guest’s expense. There is no street parking.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
Some delivery services may leave purchased items directly at the home’s doorstep. However, certain companies may not recognize vacation homes as a valid delivery address. For this reason, we recommend using temporary mailbox or locker services offered by Amazon and UPS for safer and more reliable deliveries.
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced deliveries.
