Welcome to the cozy holiday apartment "Heimspiel" with its own garden - an oasis of relaxation, centrally and conveniently located on the ground floor of a well-kept two-story terraced house. The modernly designed 3-room apartment with 60 square meters offers space for up to four people and has an inviting living room, two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The large terrace with garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air. If necessary, a cot can also be set up to make the stay even more comfortable. The reclaimed floorboards give the apartment a cozy living atmosphere.

A dedicated parking space is right in front of the door and is already included in the booking price.

The proximity to bus stops in the direction of Glücksburg and the city center makes this holiday apartment the ideal starting point for trips to the water or relaxed strolls through Flensburg's attractive shopping mile. No matter whether you want to enjoy your vacation or concentrate on working - you've come to the right place. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but there is an ashtray for smokers on the terrace.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Sehr gut auch "Der lütte Koopmann" um die Ecke. Hier haben wir alles eingekauft was zur Verpflegung nötig war. Morgens leckere Brötchen gekauft und einen kurzen Klönsnack gehalten, das war schön. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße war auch gut, das kennen wir von zu Hause auch so. Klar, etwas abseits ist schöner aber es war ruhig und in Ordnung. Dafür konnte man mit dem Auto direkt die Ziele ansteuern ohne sich durch die Nebenstraßen zu kämpfen. Wie schon geschrieben, alles war da. Eine richtige Dusche wäre schön aber das ist ja schwer umsetzbar. Außerdem ging das Duschen in der Wanne unerwartet gut.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Es sind viele Informationen vorhanden wie man in die Innenstadt kommt oder was man so unternehmen kann. Eine absolut zu empfehlende Wohnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Nicht zu vergessen,man hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir haben an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen.
