While the house is older and dated on the outside, it’s very clean and cozy on the inside. Host was very responsive prior to checking in and very accommodating. Having the office took in downstairs was great during our stay. It was great for our needs and if we needed a house in Grand Forks, would definitely stay at this place again.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved that I could stick the kids in the basement, (I) take the second floor and had a first floor used for separation or hangout time. The house was stocked with all the basic essentials that anyone might need and then some. The laundry room was an enormous plus for us and our week stay. I was a little turned off by the fact that it wasn’t in the location It appeared to be on VRBO, but it all worked out for the best and I’m completely happy that it end up being where it was. This house is absolutely charming in every way, great location, and the hosts were great to work with.
