Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood an easy walk to the friendly downtown, local shops and restaurants. Several nice parks and playgrounds nearby, convenient to grocery shops and other essentials. This property offers a combination of comfort, convenience and a great location.

The property was sufficient for the price.The basement bed had dog hair and dog prints on the bedspread so we couldn’t use it . The inside was updated somewhat and adequate for our needs. There was no extra paper towel or toilet paper. We went and bought some. . The backyard was really cute but the grass was so long that the mosquitoes were keeping us from going out there. The kids were wishing for a tv in the game room. There was only one TV . We were greatful for internet. The neighborhood was quiet except for the train that went through several times in the middle of the night’ The Hosts were wonderful and answered our questions promptly. We were in walking distance to Shadow Lake which was really convenient! The location was convenient for restaurants and shops too! Thank you!

The property was lovely and just fell a little short of being great. Neither bed felt comfortable. The mattress looked good, but needed a base. The bed frame we used was poor and could injure a person in the dark. It seemed hand made. There was no dishwasher and the only skillet available was discolored and unacceptable. I dont think the clothes dryer ever got hot. Nightlights would have been nice.There was no plug for the bathtub. There was no shampoo or blow dryer. There was no plug in in the bathroom so I had to make a vanity on the kitchen table with a mirror from above the bed.All pretty minor items. I can tell someone with a good eye placed sweet sayings in the bedrooms and baths. My daughter cautioned me to not critique the properties I stay in, but this one would not be hard to remedy. I would begin with two great beds and a bath plug. I can live with no dishwasher or hot dryer.One more thing. We could not control the volume on the TV. We messaged the hosts about it, but never heard back.

This was a nice place to stay. It was close to everything in town and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We will stay here again if we go back.
