The modernly furnished Apartment Haus Adler is located in Meransen (Maranza) just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the ski lift (800 m). The 80 m² apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a child's high chair.

Laundry room and washing machine shared with the host.

From your balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. Enjoy the fantastic view while having breakfast in the morning or spend relaxing hours in the shared garden. On your private grill, prepare delicious meals to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones.

You can reach a supermarket in a 5-minute walk and a restaurant is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. Enthusiasts of winter sports will find their happiness in the nearby Gitschberg Jochtal or Valles/Val Giovo ski areas. The area is also ideal for summer excursions (mountain biking or Nordic walking). A bus stop is about 22 minutes away on foot; a ski bus also departs from there. In the surroundings there is a toboggan run in the surrounding area as well as the Acquarena indoor swimming pool (19 km) and the Aquacenter Alpinpool (0.5 km).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

GuteLage des Hauses, Bäcker zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage optimal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Außenanlagen können genutzt werden, ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich.
