The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 1980, renovated in 2020, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
