1003 Villa "Haus am Meer." <br>Here you’ll find a first-class city villa, right on the cliffs of Dahme. <br>We at Fewo-Suhr would like to wish you a wonderful vacation in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The city villa has a living area of approximately 230 m² and can accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults + 2 small children). The approximately 900 m² (fenced) property offers you a unique view of the Baltic Sea. <br>When you open the front door and step into the entryway, your eyes are immediately drawn to the ocean view. On the left, an utility room with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer—which you’re welcome to use free of charge—branches off from the hallway.<br>Back to the entryway...<br>Continue straight ahead to reach a truly spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen. <br>This space is divided into <br>- an open kitchen with an oven, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all other kitchen utensils. <br>- a dining area with a TV and a large dining table with chairs for the whole family.<br>- a living room with a large TV and a comfortable sofa, where you can relax for hours and unwind while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea. <br>From the living room, you can step out onto the large wooden deck with a view of the sea, where you’ll find a charcoal grill, a large table with chairs, sun loungers, and direct access to the Baltic Sea via a staircase.<br><br>The first floor also features an<br>- accessible bathroom (1) with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with mirror.<br>- An accessible bedroom (1) with a double bed (2x90 cm x 200 cm, height-adjustable), a wardrobe, nightstands, bedside lamps, an external roller blind, and a TV.<br><br>Note: Only the first floor is wheelchair-accessible!<br><br>The upper floor is divided into<br>- Bedroom (2) with ocean view and balcony; up to four beds (90 cm x 200 cm) can be set up here. Nightstands, bedside lamps, an exterior roller shade, a TV, and a closet are also provided<br>- Bedroom (3) with ocean view and balcony, box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, exterior roller shade, TV, and closet.<br>- Bedroom (4) with ocean view and balcony, box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, external roller shades, TV, and wardrobe.<br>- Bedroom (5) (partial ocean view): with box-spring bed (1x200 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, bedside lamps, external roller shades, TV, and closet.<br>- Shower room (2): walk-in shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and window.<br>- Shower room (3): walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub with spa features, double sink with mirror, toilet, window, and sauna area with partial ocean view.<br><br>All rooms in the house are equipped with underfloor central heating.<br><br>Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine & Miscellaneous:<br>- You can park up to three vehicles directly at the house<br>- An electric car charging station with a Type II plug is available.<br>- You can store your bicycles in the garage. - A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the house. <br>– The garage features a foosball table and a ping-pong table. <br>- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.<br><br>Dogs:<br>- A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed; there is an additional daily fee for each dog.<br><br>Bedding & Towels:<br>The linens package can be booked for an additional fee per person. It includes:<br>1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 x bath towel, 2 x small hand towels, as well as 1 x bath mat and 1 x dish towel per 2 people.<br><br>
