The living space extends over several floors and offers space in four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a dining kitchen. After a long day's holiday, the sauna and fitness room are great places to relax.



A highlight of the house are the terraces and the outdoor pool. Relax here in the sun and enjoy cooling off on hot days. The whirlpool on the roof terrace is another highlight.



The village of Jakinica has a restaurant, several café bars and shops. The town of Novalja can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The pebble beaches are just a few hundred metres from the house.
