In the separate annex in the heart of the Black Forest, there are three vacation apartments, all fully furnished in a rustic country style. The new vacation apartment 4 is located in the farmhouse.

Vacation apartments 1 and 2 have a ground-level entrance. Vacation apartment 3 is located on the upper floor.
Central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, a color TV, Wi-Fi, a crib, and a high chair are available in every vacation apartment.
The beds are made, and each guest is provided with a shower towel and a regular towel.

Es war sehr schön auf dem Bauernhof. Unsere Kinder haben sich natürlich ganz besonders über die Tiere gefreut. Es gab einen Hund, drei zutrauliche Katzen, die uns täglich besucht haben und zwei Ziegen und zwei Esel zum Streicheln. Außerdem weiter oben auf dem Berg und im Stall noch ein paar Kühe. Alles war insgesamt sehr unkompliziert und entspannt.Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz mit Schaukeln, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, viel Spielzeug und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten.Ein besonderes Highlight war die Fütterung der Schweine, Hühner und Hasen, an der wir teilnehmen durften. Alles war sehr kinderfreundlich gestaltet: Die Kinder durften die Hasen streicheln, zu den Hühnern ins Gehege gehen und sogar beim Eiereinsammeln helfen.In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege, auch für Kinder (Rotkehlchen-Wanderweg in Oppenau). Der Ort ist schnell erreichbar, und von dort aus lassen sich Ausflugsziele wie die Allerheiligen-Wasserfälle gut erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Bauernhof ein toller Ausgangspunkt.Nochmal ein großes Danke an Familie Huber für die schöne Zeit

Excellent Holiday and a Big thank you to the Hosts

Firstly, we would like to thank the family Huber who were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and always willing to help. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Oppenau is a very beautiful village with an outstanding sceneries. A good base to travel to places in the black forest where my family really enjoyed themselves and we found the one week too short. Next year we will go for a longer period. Certainly recommend to go there.
