Cozy Coastal House

Our newly remodeled home is just 2.5 miles from the beach, with 7 miles of Maine's most popular shoreline for you to choose from. You will be a 2-minute walk to Saco Main St, with several choices of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets right at your fingertips. Old Orchard Beach is under 3 miles away, and Portland and Kennebunkport are each about a 20‑minute drive. Our House is perfectly located for both relaxing beach days and short travel to other regional attractions.

Enter the house through the updated kitchen with stylish lighting, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking and serving. The kitchen island offers casual seating for family meals and entertaining. Relax in the living room on new sofas and a large area rug—perfect for movies or games. The home features fresh, thoughtfully chosen paint, an updated bathroom, and two cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. A spacious patio is available in warmer months. We strive to make your stay comfortable and will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Everything was wonderful. The location is great. Easy to get to many different places. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. You had everything you needed and the host was wonderful, very accommodating. We highly recommend this spot .

Property clean comfortable and well equipped. Communications with owner were prompt and helpful. Close to OOB, Beach and many things to do. Enjoyed our stay very much and will be back again.

The house was very clean and well organized. Linens were very nice and furniture was comfortable. I would suggest a kitchen towel and night light in the bathroom. We were very happy with the rental overall.

I was very impressed of the overall atmosphere of the inside of the cottage and I was really impressed with all the necessities she has everything you could need all the expectations as if you are home and then some. Like that. All the appliances, towels, bedsheets linens everything was a very good quality. I would definitely come back.

The house was great! Just what we were looking for. The backyard is fabulous for barbecues, and evening bonfires after a day at Soco beach. Grocery is very close. Beach is a few minutes away and very clean and family friendly. The hosts of the property were fantastic. They made sure we had everything we needed. They were easy to reach if we had any questions. If you are going to stay in Maine with a small family and or pet I would definitely recommend this property! We had a great week, tons of fun stuff to do! A beautiful beach and the hosts made check in and our stay easy, fun and, a memorable Happy Experience!!!

The rental perfectly met our needs! It was clean spacious and convenient for our family of three and our dog. I would highly recommend it to others. It was close to downtown Saco with great restaurant opportunities there and close to Portland as well. We had a great time at old orchard beach too!
