Our Story: I bought this property from my mother who moved to a smaller residence because of all the things a house requires for upkeep. Initially I planned on working remotely with my job and staying down here for a good portion of the year. Some unexpected positive life events happened with a new addition to the family. So, my fiancé and I decided to create a BNB mid-term rental property.

Rates & Terms

• Fully licensed in Pinellas County and insured by State Farm.
