House Rules
1. Occupancy
Maximum of 2 occupants unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No subletting or unauthorized guests staying overnight.
2. Quiet Enjoyment
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties or events.
3. Cleanliness
Maintain the unit in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay.
Dispose of garbage regularly and follow building waste guidelines.
4. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas.
Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Pets
Maximum of 1 pet unless otherwise authorized in writing
6. Damages
Any damage to the unit, furniture, or appliances must be reported promptly.
Tenants are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Utilities & Appliances
Use appliances responsibly and turn off lights, heating/cooling when not in use.
Do not tamper with electrical, plumbing, or internet systems.
8. Building Rules
All condo building rules and bylaws must be followed (e.g., parking, elevator use, amenities).
Fines issued by the building due to tenant actions will be the tenant’s responsibility.
9. Safety
Do not leave doors or windows unlocked when leaving the unit.
No illegal activities permitted on the premises.
10. Check-out Condition
At the end of the stay, the unit should be left in a reasonably clean condition (dishes done, garbage removed, personal items cleared).
