The area is always lively yet balanced, with a mix of locals, tourists, and families enjoying the surroundings. One of the best parts is the proximity to Manila Bay, where you can take a walk along the baywalk and catch stunning sunsets. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making day-to-day living very easy.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is how accessible and dynamic it is. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or simply run errands, everything is just a short walk or ride away, making it a perfect place for both short stays and longer visits.
