El clima central puede detenerse si la temperatura baja de 21°. En ese caso, basta con apagar y volver a encender la pastilla para que el aire vuelva a enfriar.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed at the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to guests registered on the platform and notified to the host before check-in. No visitors are allowed. Guest List cannot be modified once the check-in registry form is submitted.
4. No parties are allowed, and it is prohibited to walk outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement cost will be charged.
6. A charge will be applied for towels and/or sheets if they get dirty, whether due to makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The rules for amenities must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location specified by the host when checking out.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules for each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and marked in the listing photos.
3. Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violating any point in either set of rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN for a set of sheets, $500 MXN for a towel, and $1,500 MXN for a comforter.
Damages and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If the host is not notified, there will be an additional cost of $1,000).
Property damage: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Lost keys and/or cards will incur a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
