Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, a huge living room with a fireplace, and a dream kitchen ensure that all your vacation wishes come true.<br><br>The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining area ensure plenty of natural light. Relax in the cozy sitting area, where the beautiful wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth on cooler days. From the living room, you have access to the two sunny east- and south-facing terraces. On the same level, you’ll find the kitchen, two bedrooms, and the bathroom with underfloor heating.<br><br>The beach is only about 300 meters away, and the town center is less than a 10-minute walk.<br>In town, you’ll find numerous small boutiques, supermarkets, toy stores, a pharmacy, a health food store, and much more.<br><br>The seaside resort of Zingst is situated on a narrow strip of land between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. A pier, a fine sandy beach, and a popular promenade: The largest town on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst Peninsula is a traditional seaside resort. In addition to sunbathing, swimming, and water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, and kitesurfing, Zingst is above all an ideal starting point for extended hikes and bike tours in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.<br><br>Please understand that pets are generally only permitted in selected apartments during the off-season, by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided the pet is house-trained. You’ll start to feel the vacation vibe the moment you step into the entryway. <br><br>The very spacious 3-room deluxe apartment is located on the first floor. In addition to its 2 bedrooms and large living area, it also features 2 private terraces and direct access to the garden. Here, the whole family can relax and has plenty of space to spread out. <br><br>Also on the first floor is the small but charming one-room apartment with a terrace and a separate entrance. The apartment is very cozily furnished and is perfect for couples. <br><br>The two maisonette apartments on the upper floor each feature two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony. <br><br>In addition, there is a bright, nautical-themed one-room apartment with a balcony on the upper floor. <br><br>Everyone feels right at home in our “House on the Beach,” as all apartments are furnished to a very high standard, lovingly decorated, and located close to the beach.
