Two separate bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two single beds, both featuring high-quality mattresses—can accommodate up to four people.
The hallway features a coat rack, a shoe rack, and a large mirror.

The kitchenette is very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster.
The open-concept space includes a lovely dining area and a living area with a cozy corner sofa, satellite TV, books, and games.
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and an electric towel warmer.

If needed, a crib and a high chair can be booked as add-ons.
Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment keeps your feet warm on cooler days.

Please understand that pets are generally only allowed in selected apartments during the off-season, by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided the pet is house-trained. Please also let us know the breed.

The apartment includes a parking space, a private bike shed, and Wi-Fi access.
Additional visitor parking spaces are available upon request.

In addition, the 12 m² covered terrace, furnished with an extendable table and four lounge chairs, offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing days between the Bodden and the sea. From the terrace, you have direct access to the small garden to enjoy the sun right away.

Enjoy your well-deserved break at the “Villa Boddenluft” multi-unit vacation home, built in 2015

The vacation home is situated in a quiet location with a view of the Bodden, just a few steps from the harbor.

“Villa Boddenluft” is a newly built vacation home with 4 residential units. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and can, of course, be booked individually.

Here, you can spend your vacation with your entire family, and everyone has their own space.
There’s room for up to 16 people here, so you can all enjoy your vacation together. From the very elegant entryway, a beautiful wooden staircase leads up to the two upper units, each featuring a balcony. The other two apartments are located on the first floor and feature cozy terraces and a small garden.

The comfortable vacation apartments (55–57 square meters) are characterized by their modern, upscale amenities and invite you to relax while enjoying the view of the Bodden.

The house is located on a private access road used only by residents and their guests.

The town center is about a 5-minute walk away; the beach is about a 15-minute walk away.
