Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Les Genepis (Val Claret)", 3 storeys. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop 150 m, grocery, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bakery 150 m, bus stop 400 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 200 m, sled run 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isere 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). 24hr guard. Residence with electric gates.
2-room maisonette 43 m2 on 3rd floor. Renovated, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sliding door, without window with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Gallery with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Large balcony, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
