This beautiful, stylish apartment on the 10th floor has been completely renovated, redesigned, and furnished with comfortable amenities.

The cozy dining area by the floor-to-ceiling window invites you to linger. From here, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, stretching across the salt marshes to the lighthouse.

The spacious living room features a comfortable corner sofa with headrests for relaxing. A large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, radio, and CD player provide entertainment.

The modern, spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a toaster.

The adjoining children’s room features a bunk bed with high-quality mattresses (90 x 190 cm), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The floor-to-ceiling window has a blackout blind with a tilt-and-turn function. A radio with a CD player sits on the nightstand.
In the separate bedroom, a new double bed with comfortable mattresses (180 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. The large sliding window, which also has a blackout blind, provides ample ventilation. This room also features a flat-screen TV, a full-length mirror, and a wardrobe. The ceiling light can be turned off from the bed.

The bathroom, which has been slightly enlarged, features a glass shower enclosure with a rain shower, a modern wall-mounted toilet, a heated towel rack, a high-quality vanity cabinet with a towel rack, and a mirror cabinet (with additional, constantly illuminated night lighting). The dark, wood-look flooring rounds out the design.

The hallway, which has also been enlarged, makes it easier to enter the apartment. Here, too, the furnishings are comfortable: a large wardrobe, shoe cabinet, coat rack, and mirror.

An inviting seating area with a view of the Baltic Sea is available on the balcony. A remote-controlled awning will enhance your vacation.

From early May through late September, a beach chair is available for your use.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
