The renovated apartment, which features a separate bedroom (with a door), is fully equipped with laminate flooring.

The living room, furnished with a 4-seater corner sofa and a table, is perfect for relaxing. A large LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with radio and CD player provide entertainment. From the dining table with four beautiful cantilever chairs, you can enjoy a sunny view of the courtyard and the inland lake.
Wi-Fi is available (10 Mbit/s). The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as an awning for shade.

The expanded L-shaped kitchen features a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with a large 3* freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The master bedroom has two beds (90x200 cm) that can be placed close together, creating a space that feels almost like a double bed.
The children’s room has a window and a 90x200 cm bunk bed.

The newly redesigned bathroom features a shower stall and toilet.

Starting in 2019, a seasonal beach chair (May 15–September 15) will be available to guests!

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached safely through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
Along the way—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs

- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
