A modern, cozy vacation rental with a subtle nautical design and a beautiful lake view—no balcony.<br><br>A special treat is the raised viewing platform with two comfortable armchairs that invite you to linger.<br>The living room is furnished with a new couch with an ottoman and a stylish dining table with 4 chairs. <br>A large LCD TV and a stereo CD radio provide entertainment.<br><br>The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (180/200 cm, single mattress), is separated from the living room by a wall. <br>Alternatively, the children’s room (separated from the living room by a door) also has two single beds.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with a 3-door compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. <br><br>No pets—smoking is not permitted; we appreciate your understanding.<br><br>!!! If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.<br><br>Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Complex:<br><br> The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.<br>Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners. <br>All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.<br>The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.<br>On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.<br><br>Leisure activities include, among others:<br> — swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier<br> — water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)<br>- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)<br>- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach<br>- Walks along the nearby cliffs<br>- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course <br>- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake<br>- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park<br> -> Many owners provide an annual pass for their guests. Feel free to ask us about it! <br><br>Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports<br>The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.<br><br>Parking<br>There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available space. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
