Villa at Beach in Secluded Surroundings

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

This fully equipped and modern villa is situated at Marbella´s San Pedro Beach.



There is internet (ADSL) WIFI at the villa.



The villa contains four full and two auxiliary bedrooms. There are 3.5 bath rooms of which two are en suite and additionally one bathroom connected to the pool area.

The modern island kitchen is fully outfitted and contains all the necessary machinery, cooking appliances, crockery, silverware and washing facilities.



There’s a large lounge with two sofa arrangements, a fireplace and a satellite television set. There’s a tower leading to first floor a nd large roof terrace.



Three large terraces provide spectacular views over sea, mountain and a mature tropical style garden as well as the opportunity for dining al fresco and secluded sun bathing.



The villa, private beautiful garden featuring a pool, distinguished BBQ area, multitude of flowers, shrubs, palm trees and private parking are all fully secure within solid walls and locked doors all around.



The beach is only 50 m away from the villa.



Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, clubs and bars.



The town of San Pedro is a five-minute drive or, for those with more energy, a twenty minute walk. The lively village of Puerto Banus, with its active night life, is three kilometers away and the lovely town of Marbella, with its modern shops and quaint Old Town, are within a ten kilometer radius.



Many restaurants are an easy walk away, some on the Paseo Maritimo and others, directly on the beach. Shopping areas are nearby.



Water sports are available just a short walk away and golf courses are in close proximity. Swimming in the private pool, hiking in the mountains, playing tennis close by and strolling along the beach enable one to either exercise or simply enjoy the sound of the rolling surf.



The peace and serenity of this villa allows one to comfortably relax in complete privacy as well as serve as a point of departure to enjoy the many places of interest, the numerous activities and the ambience of the Costa del Sol and the very attractive "white villages" in the nearby mountains.



The micro-climate of San Pedro is the world’s best, with the most sunny days, dry very agreeable summer temperatures and extremely mild winters.



To return to the villa, after a day of shopping, sightseeing or engaging in other activities, unwind with a dip in the pool and experience the serenity and security provided by the villa is to fully enjoy sunny southern Spain.

Not a 6 bedroom villa! It only has 4 bedrooms!

The property is not as advertised. The online listing says its a 6 bedroom villa whereas it only has 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 9 in beds only if couples and children. Definitely doesn't sleep 10! Especially not10 adults! The pool and outdoor garden appear much larger in the posted images than in reality. The layout and furniture are also airbrushed and photoshopped, not the real deal. It's quite old and hasn't been renovated in a while. Definitely needs new bedsheets and towels, everything is so dated. It didn't meet our standards for the high rate we paid. Definitely do not recommend it and won't be staying there again.

Golden wedding celebration

Arrived at property and was greeted by santiago who was lovely and showed us round . Villa pool and gardens are lovely. On arrival the first thing noticed was that villa was very musty and not aired. On further inspection the villa was in need of a lot of tlc. Furnishings very grubby and bedding although clean were washed out. Bathroom on ground floor in need of complete refit as shower unit filthy mould on tiles and base and could not be used even after cleaning . Upstairs bathroom was OK but again shower cabinet and seals in need of deep clean. All internal doors and light switches dirty and had not been cleaned for months. The so called bedrooms off kitchen are 2 beds in storage area and so could not be used . Barbeque also dirty and could not be used was told new one ordered but did not arrived so this spoiled enjoyment of garden entertainment . New appliances in kitchen but oven has been moved onto high wall cupboard why?? and unable to reach controls and to clean which is just rediculous. Also only 1 cooking tray so was not brilliant as we did not have use of barbecue. Microwave needs replaced as stained and rusty . We had decided earlier that we were not going to stay and complained to agent and arranged to stay one night but unfortunately could not arrange another villa for 10 at such short notice and had no option but to stay . We then had to spend 2 days cleaning the villa to a reasonable standard. As this was our actual golden wedding celebration with family it was completely ruined and I spent several hours in tears and disappointment . I can also accept villa being a bit tired but not the cleanliness and owner really needs to rectify these issues as soon as possible as it is a lovely property.

Huset låg perfekt, nära till strandpromenaden och centrum.

Pros: Mysigt att umgås vid poolen, vi var 9 personer och några kunde spela kort under tak på terassen medans andra badade i poolen. Närheten till stranden även om den var väldigt stenig. Vi tog en promenad till Marbella. Cons: Vi var nöjda med allt. Kanske om vi varit fler än nio, så såg inte extrasängarna så sköna ut.

THE house is very well located, good exposition (we didn t suffer from hot), but we were disappointed as the house clearly needs some new equipment and upgrades( the pool is damaged, you can cut yourself on the stairs, some mastresses need to be changed such as the sink in the kitchen, in the bathrooms, the sheets for the beds and towels, door handles, no flop for the windows, old and offsuit garden furniture ..).

Pros: The villa was beautiful, and located near the beach at a quiet part of the boulevard. The area is not (yet) very touristy (we were there in July), which we very much enjoyed. There are some nice restaurants and bars but none over crowded. Our week was very relaxing and most of the time we stayed in the garden of our villa enjoying the sheltered terrace or the sunny area by the pool. The wifi was very fast which all of us needed for our work, we were 10 people with 10 laptops. The only downside was that the pool water was not very clean. I'm sure it's being used intensively thoughout the summer but it might need more chlorine or a water change. But all and all I would absolutely recommend the villa to friends.

Rent och snyggt när vi kom dit. Terassen var magiskt med havsutsikt! Trädgården med pool likaså. Tyvärr regnade det hela Fredag & Lördag när vi va där, vilket gjorde att strömmen försvann några gånger. Med hjälp av fantastiske Santiago så löste det sig snabbt! Santiago var till stor hjälp under vår vistelse, han svarade snabbt när man behövde hjälp! Rekommenderar det här huset!

Pros: Met 6 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen hebben we een prima week doorgebracht in dit huis, aan t zwembad en met enkele tripjes in de omgeving. Kinderen en kleinkinderen zijn per vliegtuig via Malaga gekomen. Wij zelf met onze buscamper op rondreis door Spanje en Portugal. Eem goed idee dat ook uitstekend heeft uitgepakt. We kijken allen met veel plezier terug op deze week.

Pros: Het huis is werkelijk zoals op de foto's. Van de 5 kamers is er 1 kamer dat aan wat opfrissing nodig is. De andere kamer zijn wel dik in orde. Het zwembad moest ook wel is goed gekuist worden (was minder blauw dan op de foto's). Ondanks deze kleine opmerkingen was ons verblijf zeer aangenaam en voldeed het huis zeker aan onze verwachtingen. De streek zelf is heel mooi en je kan gemakkelijk de bus naar verschillende steden nemen zoals gibraltar, malaga, marbella. Vergis u niet, het huisje ligt niet dicht bij Marbella maar dicht bij San Pedro,(Marbella)! Voor cultuurfans is dit niet echt de bestemming. Meer zon, zee, strand vakantie. Ik hoop dat mijn beoordeling u zal helpen bij u keuze maar ik raad de villa wel aan. Met vriendelijke groeten, Thomas roosendaal (19 jaar)

Pros: Vi var der i 14 dage fra 15/7 til 29/7-2017. Da vi ankom blev vi modtaget af zandiago som viste os rundt. Huset lugte fugtigt i skabe og det ene rum bag køkkenet, kunne ikke bruges. Vi havde 4 små børn med og på terrassen var der løse fliser der var meget skarbe og det samme ved poolen. I baren stod der kemikalier og malerspande. Hele huset mangler finnis. Flot udsigt fra øverste terrasse. Huset lå tæt på standen og gode spisesteder.

La casa en una zona tranquila y muy cerquita de la playa. Aunque no adecuada para bañarse por el exceso de piedras, mejor ir a unos 2 km a playas de San Pedro. La piscina una maravilla. El aire acondicionado basta con ponerlo media hora antes de acostarse para dormir plácidamente. La casa con todo lo necesario y muy cercana al pueblo de San Pedro. a 1 km de McDonald`s y del supermercado Dia, y a 2 km de Mercadona y del Gran Almacén Chino Home Yesi donde podrás encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. En resumen: Para repetir. P.D.: Jens si funcionara la bañera de hidromasaje sería una nota de 10.

Accueil sur place par Santiago vraiment sérieux; très gentil, discret mais très professionnel et également de bon conseil. Nous recommandons donc vivement la villa qui est bien située à San pedro, à 2 pas de Marbella et au centre des grandes attractions: Gibraltar, Ronda, Cordou, Séville, Grenade, Mijas... La région est belle et les plages agréables bien qu'avec des cailloux...et attention, la mer est froide (pas plus de 20°C, ce qui contraste avec la température extérieure parfois élevée. Fort heureusement la villa possède un petit jardin au calme et une piscine bien entretenue. Merci
