The cosy holiday apartment Ulivi in the beautiful Villa Belvedere is located in the countryside near Bari Sardo, yet only a short walk from the beach. The 40m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a shared washing machine, A/C, Wi-Fi, organic soaps and fans.
Outside, you will find a private covered terrace with a dinner table, as well as a garden with a barbecue, which are both shared with the other apartments of the villa.
The sandy Torre di Bari Sardo beach is only 750m or a 9-minute walk away. By the beach, you will find some restaurants and a bar, while a minimarket is 500m from the property. Bari Sardo is 3.7km or a 6-minute drive away. Cagliari Airport is 130km (1hour 50minutes) from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Bikes can be provided, as well as self-produced olive oil. The owner is available to guests on-site.
