The Space:

This beautifully designed home features three spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a dedicated bunk room (converted office), making it perfect for families, groups, or multiple couples traveling together. Inside, you’ll find a massive open-concept living area anchored by oversized picture windows that frame sweeping views of Lake Palestine, bringing the outdoors in from sunrise to sunset.
The kitchen is a true centerpiece, offering ample space to cook, gather, and entertain while overlooking the water. Whether you're preparing a big family meal or just enjoying your morning coffee, the view never gets old.
Step outside and you’ll discover where this home truly shines. The expansive back patio is built for entertaining, complete with a built-in grill and sink, Blackstone griddle, charcoal grill, hot tub, and plenty of seating to relax and take it all in. Down by the water, the private dock is ready for fun with kayaks, a paddle boat, swim ladders, and even a fish cleaning station for the anglers in your group.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property, including the outdoor living areas, patio amenities, and private dock.
The only space not accessible is one closet in the primary suite, which is reserved as the owner’s closet. A second, spacious closet is available for guest use.

Located on the shores of Lake Palestine in Bullard, this home offers a peaceful, scenic setting surrounded by water, trees, and wide-open skies. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle while still being a short drive to Tyler for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The property offers easy access and parking, and you’re just a short drive from local stores, restaurants, and everything the Tyler area has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Lake levels may vary seasonally and can affect dock access.
Outdoor amenities (kayaks, paddle boat, hot tub, grills) are available for guest use—please use with care and at your own risk.
This is a peaceful lakeside property, perfect for relaxation, family time, and reconnecting. Please note prior to booking we do not allow parties or events!
The bunk room is a converted office space and does not have a traditional closet.
Guests should bring charcoal if you are wanting to use the charcoal grill.
