Modern furnished interiors contribute to a pleasant atmosphere of the stay. The house is fully air-conditioned. The rooms have a smart TV and two have their own bathroom. The living room is also spacious and has a smart TV.
Outside, a terrace with a gazebo in front of the house awaits you - ideal for outdoor meetings. Thanks to a grill you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes. For the youngest there is a trampoline and the property is spacious for playing.
Nearby there are restaurants, a supermarket, a gas station and a pharmacy. The first beaches are only 5 minutes away by car. Visit nearby Premantura, where you should definitely plan a visit to Cape Kamenjak. Here the southernmost point of Istria awaits you, a nature park with many beautiful natural beaches.
