We stayed in unit B, and our unit was clean and stocked with a few essentials needed to start off your stay (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags), there was towels and wash cloths for 4 people, make up remover towels, and soap in both bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and eat (pots, pans, bowls, baking sheets, silverware, plates, bowls), and there was a microwave, electric stove, and keurig. Washer and dryer worked well. Only thing we didn’t care for was the couch. It was different from the pictures, and seating was hard for 4 people, and it wasn’t very comfortable, but we made it work! The location and parking were great. I saw another review that said parking was an issue, I’m not sure if our building was fully booked, but we never had issues parking or with the sizes of the parking spots and we own a large SUV. The location itself was great. 2 blocks from the beach, and walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! The price was great too!! Lastly the host was very responsive and quick with responses and helpful. Thanks again for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was well-placed to the beach and to surrounding attractions, and was clean and modern inside, with only minor wear and tear. We did have an issue with the A/C unit not working, but communication with the host was quick and friendly, and the problem was resolved within 24 hours of initial contact—which was outside of normal business hours. Hosts provided basic essentials (toilet paper, paper towels etc.) and enough towels for four occupants to have one each, which was very convenient. I do recommend bringing additional towels for your own comfort: easier than having to utilize the washing machine/dryer, the latter of which produces a startling buzzing sound when it's finished, so do not use it overnight!!Noise from the surrounding units was minimal, even with our neighbors also having pets on the property and although close to the main road, the area was quiet and peaceful. Previous reviewer noted that the couch is different than in the pictures provided, which is true, but we had no issue with what was there—one of our kids slept comfortably on the couch under the fan and with our two (small) dogs and was very happy to not have to share the second bedroom—but if you plan to do the same, make sure you bring an extra blanket. All in all, a great place to stay with kids and pets. We would book here again in future, no hesitation.

There is not a place where you take your dog out you have to go across the road. The beds are hard not comfortable. The parking spaces are very close. You can barely get in and out of your car if everyone is there.They keep your bank card for three weeks after you check out I don’t like that. We could not get the bedroom TVs to work .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the designated pet relief area may not have been as convenient as you had hoped. While there isn't one directly on the property, there are nearby grassy areas available for pet walks. We're also sorry that you found the beds uncomfortable and that the parking spaces felt tight. Parking dimensions are typical for the area, but we understand larger vehicles can make maneuvering more difficult. Regarding the security hold, the authorization is released according to the payment processor's policies. While we release it promptly after checkout if there are no issues, the timing of when the funds become available is determined by your bank and can sometimes take several business days. We also apologize that you had trouble with the bedroom TVs. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have been happy to troubleshoot the issue or send someone to assist.
