The 45m² apartment consists of a living area with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe and a washing machine, as well as a crib and a high chair.

The apartment includes a furnished south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the impressive view of the mountains while having breakfast together. In the shared outdoor area, you will also find a well-kept garden, which invites you to relax. In and around the Etschtal/Valle dell'Adige attract numerous hiking areas and also the ski area Merano 2000 is reachable in 18 minutes (18km) by car. Only a few minutes walk from the apartment, there are also several restaurants, a bar and a café. The nearest supermarket as well as a bakery are only 28m away. Bolzano/Bozen can be reached by car in 18 minutes (17km).
