Casa Jazmín is a holiday villa in Roses, Costa Brava, featuring a private pool open year-round and panoramic views of the Gulf of Roses and the Pyrenees. Located in a quiet hillside neighborhood, it offers peace and privacy while remaining close to amenities—just an 8-minute walk to the town center and bus station, and a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to Platja la Punta beach.



The villa includes a bright living-dining room with stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds), and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and private parking.



Outdoor living features a large private pool (open all year; water may be cool in winter), a sun terrace, and an enclosed garden. A shaded dining area with a barbecue is ideal for breakfasts, sunny lunches, or dinners while watching the sunset over the bay.



Discover Roses and the Costa Brava: enjoy golden beaches, scenic coastal walks, Cap de Creus Natural Park, and charming fishing villages such as Cadaqués. Très bel emplacement sur les hauteurs de Rosas, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et des plages, et des sentiers de randonnée . Belle terrasse qui permet de profiter de la piscine. Maison dans son jus mais fonctionnelle. Proprietaire très bienveillant à notre égard.

Encore un super séjour dans cette maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle, avec clim dans la partie chambres. Elle convient parfaitement pour nos besoins 2 adultes, 2 chiens. Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois déjà et jamais déçus ! Ici c’est calme avec la superbe vue avec le coucher de soleil sur la baie de Roses…terrasse avec bbq et la baignade dans la piscine bien entretenue - la manque de vis-a-vis, une merveille. Nous aimons aussi le petit jardin clos et apprécions l’emplacement dans les hauteurs, loin des tumultes de la ville mais avec tous les services a 10-15 min de marche a pied. Nous avons pu faire des jolies balades avec nos chiens dans les environs. Il y a un parc a chien pas loin, aussi. La communication avec le propriétaire reste facile, il est discret mais disponible, au besoin, et réagît vite. Merci !

Huis met een geweldig uitzicht over Roses en de zee.

Pros: Het uitzicht en het zwembad. Cons: Voor ons is het geen probleem geweest, maar als je niet goed ter been bent is dit huis geen goede optie. Stijle weg er naar toe, stijle oprit van huis naar weg en trappen om in het huis te komen. Verder heeft het huis wel wat renovatie nodig.

De ligging van het huisje is super en op +/- 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Een karakteristiek huisje met een huiselijke sfeer. Qua afwerking in onderhoud wat aandachtspunten, maar dat speelt zeker geen rol. Zeker nog voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros: Clean and comfy villa with plenty of space. Set in a quiet residential area. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos and very well kept. There is a great view of Roses bay from the villa. It’s about a 10 minute walk down into the town, uphill on the way back but we managed easily with 2 children under 10 years and no car for the week. George is great, he was very helpful and friendly. We’d also recommend the nearby Martelo Bistró for excellent food.

Pros: The views to the bay, and the great location and privacy in the garden - it is in a very calm neighborhood but it is very close to everything and you can easily go to the center by foot and not always take the car. Cons: The parking space is ok for one car, but requiring tight maneuvering at times. This is minor but for the dog the garden is a bit small for playing, also it does not have any green grass or areas in the shade.

Pros: Had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Casa Jasmin. The beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away but the temptation is to stay by the fabulous pool. George Wake and his family are close and on hand to deal with any issues, but we didn't have any. Spectacular views, perfect barbeque, comfortable beds and indoor furnishing and a fully equipped kitchen. Couldn't have asked for any more. Only downside was holiday went by too quickly!!

Pros: Villa great, recommend very highly owner very friendly and welcoming excellent. Rose’s town is full of French people on Holiday and do their best to make it like a mini Paris, bringing with them their terrible standard of driving. Parking in Town is a nightmare and expensive 2E an hour, free parking is all taken by 8.30 in the morning; parking dings are a fact of life and never reported. Cafe culture is well catered for we did not have a bad coffee; but some of the restaurants trade on their location, the food along the sea front is not very special, dive down the alleyways and there are some real surprises really good Spanish tapas and paella I only wished George owned a villa in L’estartit we would be back like a shot

Pros: We have visited Casa Jasmin with two children already three times and we love it very much. The house is perfectly located on walking distance to Roses center and the beach. The house has a nice private pool and the house is perfectly suited for a family with four persons. Air conditioning, the perfectly equipped kitchen and the nice sea view from the house are big advantages of the house. Also the house owner is very nice and and addresses all issues immediately. Roses city is a very nice old town with a lovely center and a nice evening live and perfectly for families with children. Surprisingly Roses and surroundings has also a lot of very nice mountain bike routes (“Villa verdes”). There is a choice between flat routes thought beautiful nature or more steep routes through the mountains. So both the villa and Roses and surroundings we can definitely recommend!

La casa cumple con todas las funcionalidades descritas, la piscina, más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, ideal para relajarse, ideal para desayunar, comer y cenar viendo las maravillosas vistas. Los propietarios muy amables y rápido solventan cualquier problema. Lugar sin dudas, para volver. Lo peor, cuando tienes que irte. Muy recomendable.
