Tucked in the hills above Idyllwild, this charming three-bedroom, two-bath home offers sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. With vaulted ceilings, warm wood floors, and bright interiors, the cabin feels both spacious and intimate, blending rustic charm with modern comfort.

Outside, a generous deck invites relaxation with comfortable seating and a bubbling hot tub where you can unwind under the stars, surrounded by pine and sky. For cozy evenings, there’s a fire table for gathering and a BBQ grill perfect for outdoor meals.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with all essential cookware and appliances. The thoughtful layout includes two bedrooms connected to the main living space, while the third is a detached ensuite on the lower level, offering privacy and flexibility for guests.

Just under two miles away lies the heart of Idyllwild Village, filled with unique shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Nearby, Humber Park and the Idyllwild Nature Center offer scenic hiking trails, picnic areas, and immersive forest walks.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for stays booked for November, December, and January.

Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Check-in instructions: We now offer self-check-in. You will receive an email confirmation from us for your stay; the email will provide you with the address to the home, our office, and the office number. If you do not see this email, please also look in your spam folder. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text or email with details on obtaining the key.

Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- County permit number: 002250

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $28 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
