We continuously improve our units and make sure our tenants have everything they need for daily living, from reliable WiFi to complete basic amenities. We chose Marulas because of its excellent accessibility and convenience. The dorm is located just behind Jollibee along McArthur Highway, making it very easy to commute to nearby schools, workplaces, and transport hubs like Monumento and LRT Line 1.
Everything you need is just a short walk away — restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, laundry shops, and convenience stores. It’s a practical and well-connected area, perfect for students and working professionals who value both accessibility and everyday convenience.
