We welcome you to be one of the first guests to enjoy our new renovation! Located in the very popular and family friendly Waikiki Banyan, this one Bedroom unit will comfortably fit a family of 4 with a king size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa bed in living room. A rare amenity in Waikiki, you'll enjoy having a washer and dryer in unit, along with access to shared laundry rooms within the building. The full kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials and full size appliances to make meals in a breeze. Free parking (height limit 6'2”) is included with unlimited in/out privileges- a huge convenience plus easily saving you $45+ per day in parking fee's. Located on the West Side of Waikiki, just a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach and tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, PLUS convenience of only being a few minute drive OUT of Waikiki for exploring the rest of the Island.

**Please be advised, until April/May 2026 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzi's, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. We are a 6th Floor recreation deck facing unit- you will have access to your lanai, but view is obstructed

BUILDING INFORMATION
** Please be advised that Until April/May 2026 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm.** The following amenities remain accessible during this renovation

HOUSEKEEPING:
To ensure your complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities.

LINENS, TOWELS, & SUPPLIES
For each guest, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and one beach towel are provided. Additionally, the bathroom will be supplied with 2 hand towels and one bathmat, and kitchen supplied with a dish towel. Beds are equipped with sheets and a lightweight blanket.
We provide a starter supply kit stocked with: 4 coffee pods for Keurig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, trash can liners, salt & pepper, cooking oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon and items are not replenished during your stay.
We manage privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to building staff, or leave outside the room.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
From the Honolulu Airport, you can expect the drive to be about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Rent a car from the airport, or catch a taxi or shuttle. Taxi's and shuttles do not need prearranged, exit the airport and follow the signs for taxi and shuttle areas. For car rentals, please be sure vehicle does not exceed height of 6'2”

CHECKIN/OUT
Upon booking, you will receive a reservation link to an approved third party platform, Access to this is mandatory and it some cases may require you to upload photo ID for verification. This link will provide detailed step by step instructions for self check in, and checkout, guidebooks for the area, and additional services we may provide. We recommend accessing this information as soon as your booking is made.
Check in: begins at 4pm
Checkout: prior to 11am
If you have an early arrival, or late departure, and wish to guarantee room access, we advise you to book in advance. You may do so by requesting through your provided reservation link after booking your stay, or you may consider making your original reservation for an extra day.
Often times, we can not accommodate same day requests as another guest will be arriving or departing.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
While you'll enjoy updated interiors, please note that the building itself, and much of the infrastructure in Waikiki retains its vintage character. Our goal is to present our guests with modern comforts in a classic 1960s building. We want you to have an amazing stay, and this information ensures you know just what to expect from your experience in Waikiki. Downtown Waikiki is full of energy which is part of its unique charm. Guests can expect to hear city sounds, especially in the evenings. Please consider this aspect of Waikiki's bustling vibe, and if you're sensitive to noise please let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and are happy to provide earplugs

Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely perform pest control, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring in our climate and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, the presence of insects/pests/geckos does not constitute cause for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to booking, please refer to the outlined cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses.

HOUSE RULES:
Please be considerate of all neighboring units and building staff. Quiet hours begin at 9pm and end at 8am.
No events or parties allowed
No smoking or vaping allowed inside our outside on the lanai
