Historical details, family heirlooms, and carefully selected finds continue to tell the story of the house without compromising on comfort.<br>The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a sofa bed (double), and a living-dining room with another sofa bed. It also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.<br>On the large rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sunset, and from the covered wooden balcony, you can take in the view toward Andechs Abbey. The villa is set in a private natural garden with mature trees. And when the trees shed their leaves in the fall—or if you stretch a little—you can even see Lake Ammersee and the Alps.<br><br>Anyone who appreciates history, design, and a lifestyle that values quality will quickly feel at home here.<br><br><br>Guest access<br><br>The apartment includes a private parking space and a covered bike storage area. Additional parking is available along the street. The local bus stop is right next to the property.<br><br><br>Interaction with guests<br><br>I’d be happy to share my favorite spots around Lake Ammersee and answer any questions you may have about the apartment or the surrounding area.
