Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire basement suite, which is completely separated from the main house.

Single Private Entrance: Accessed via a well-lit path along the left side of the house.

Parking: Free driveway parking so that you do not need to hunt for street spots.

Self Check-in: A secure keypad (key-less entry) allows you to check in at your convenience after 3pm.

Safety: A professionally framed Fire Safety Plan, emergency contacts, and city permit are clearly displayed for your protection - along with an inspected Fire Extinguisher, and 3-step emergency ladder.
