Modern 1bd Beach Retreat for party of 3!

Welcome to your cozy Pajaro home base—a comfy spot where you can kick back and feel right at home. We’re located in Watsonville, CA, about 45 minutes from Monterey and just 30 minutes from Santa Cruz, making it a great launchpad for exploring the area! We're the perfect distance from Monterey for Concours de Elegance in Pebble Beach (though we do advise planning with extra travel time for car week.)

Our cozy condo features one bedroom with a Queen‑size bed and a 45" LG Smart TV, so you can easily stream all your favorite shows and movies. The living room is designed for relaxing, offering a mounted 65" Smart TV and a comfortable Twin Sofa Ottoman bed —perfect for an additional guest or a cozy movie night.

Located at the end of Building H near the ground‑level beach access, our condo puts you just steps from the sand. Simply grab the beach chairs conveniently stored in the hallway closet and head out to enjoy the ocean views, listen to the waves, or relax by the fire ring during bonfire season.

You’ll also find a bright, clean bathroom and thoughtful touches like our electric fireplace, ambient heating and a hair dryer to keep things easy and comfortable year‑round. Whether you’re winding down after a day of adventures or enjoying a quiet night in, this charming little condo is a great place to relax, recharge, and make yourself at home.

The location is great between Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay. The unit we stayed at was a little disappointing. The property itself was beautiful, the one bedroom unit was just ok. The pillows were horrible, the bedding did not smell fresh. The bed spread was dirty. The coffee mugs were up so high, you needed a ladder to retrieve them. I wish the place supplied bathroom shampoo/conditioner...there was nothing but toilet paper and towels. I wanted to sit out in the deck, but the doors were stuck, so it made it hard to open. The Free WiFi was horrible, so trying to watch anything before bed was not happening. A Id definitely stay agian, but a different unit.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay — that’s not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments about the bedding, pillows, deck doors, WiFi, and overall setup of the unit are incredibly helpful, and we’ll be addressing each of these items with our team. For any future visit, please know that we have both a housekeeping team and a maintenance team on-site who can quickly assist with anything that comes up — from fresh linens to stuck doors to items placed too high. We’re always happy to help make your stay more comfortable. We’re glad to hear you’d stay again, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back to a different unit that better fits what you’re looking for. If you’d like help choosing the right one, feel free to reach out anytime or reserve new dates when you’re ready.
