The space
This fully furnished unit two bedroom with bonus room, a full kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. Guests enter through a bright, relaxing sunroom that sets the tone for the space. The home is crisp, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

21 years old+ only
We request absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere in or near the home to be mindful of the next guests. Smoke smell is incredibly irritating to non smokers and we want to ensure everyone’s stay is enjoyable in the future.
No pets

For everyone’s comfort, shoes are not allowed inside and smoking is strictly prohibited.

For added convenience and peace of mind, Lily the owner lives and work next door, she is readily available if you need assistance during your stay.

**Bonus room with 2nd queen bed is located on the lower level. Please note: access to this room is via very steep steps, and the room is non-egress. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. Use extreme caution navigating steps. *
