Welcome to Sunnyside Alley Boutique Studio!
This private and colorful guest suite has its own alley entrance attached to our home. It's just minutes from BSU, St. Luke’s, downtown Boise, and 10 minutes from the airport. You're a short walk away from the amazing Greenbelt and Boise river as well! Enjoy a cozy stay with a hot tub, bikes, kitchenette (induction plates and air fryer), smart TV, Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly touches. Perfect for work, play, or exploring the city!

The space
The studio is attached to our house and has its own private access from the alleyway behind. You can park in the driveway right next to your gate. There is one queen sized bed that has a purple mattress and the couch folds down into an extra sleep space. The kitchenette is fully stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and everything you need to make a meal! Outside you have your own private yard with Adirondack chairs and a small bistro table.

Guest access
You will have the whole space to yourself. The driveway where you park is the only spot that is shared where you might interact with your hosts.
