The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2020, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: garden furniture.

Malinska, district of Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: final cleaning with disinfection.
