The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 28 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 23 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 6 sunloungers. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 9 sqm terrace. 2 bedrooms each 9 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 12 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and dryer. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 12 sqm and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine, dryer and towels.

Location
Svahová, district Boleboř, 800 m above sea level. The bungalow is located on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Hedge is a spruce. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 2 m). The street is ploughed in winter.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, can be heated, 8 m x 4 m, 1.2 m deep). Indoor pool (available year-round, can be heated, diameter 2 m, 0.9 m deep). The pool is heated when the air temperature is above 10 °C. The pool temperature is therefore influenced by the air temperature, so there is no guarantee that the pool will be available in all weather conditions.
