It does not include the upper floor or the rest of the middle floor. Located only 35 minutes from downtown Louisville and Madison, Indiana. Relax in a country setting with serene nature! Enjoy a peaceful & private 1/2 mile country drive up the gravel hill & through the woods to the entrance! Your Waterfall Retreat is snugly set 2 floors under our large scene-full round-house and features: o - HOT TUB o- Seasonal Outdoor pool (OPEN MAY- SEPTEMBER) o- Both spaces have private entrances and outdoor living o- Lots of beds including 4 queen size mattresses o- Spacious Living Area with Plenty of DVD'S and NETFLIX with 3 flatscreen TVs o- 2 Kitchens and all necessary dining/cooking supplies o- Fully stocked restrooms with a bathtub combo and 2 standup showers o- Relaxing screened-in porch o- Fire Pit (perfect for S'mores!) o- Washer and Dryer o- GRILL BABY o- Hiking trails, Basketball hoop, Volleyball net and SO MUCH MORE Relax in serene surroundings; re-connect with nature, serenity, and loved ones! Guests have a private parking space and additional space if needed in the main driveway is available also. Guest have their own yard and private entrance. All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and hot tub a few steps from your rental. You will have access to the full apartment area, outside swimming, walks and hiking. We live on the top floors and try to greet our guests on site and help answer any questions upon arrival. However, we do completely respect guests privacy, and the home is self-check-in. Alicia’s home is located in Oldham County, Kentucky, United States. Enjoy quite and restful nights in a neighborhood full of Calm Country Folk and large farm owners. Everyone is polite and respectful with few dogs and some horses. You will most likely see deer, wild turkey, a little fox or two, you may see blue heron, red tail hawk, raccoon, possum and whatever else may live in the woods of Kentucky! You will be a half mile away from any other housing and our horse barn with horses and a pony. You will need a vehicle for your stay. The Waterfall Walkout Retreat is located in Oldham County and is approximately 30 miles from Louisville and only 20 miles from Madison. The location is only 5 minutes drive off I-71 on exit 28. Nearby is charming Historic LaGrange and Crestwood - the home of multiple restaurants, grocery stores, banking institutions, and parks. A Dollar General, small restaurants, gas station, and post office are all as little as 3-8 minutes away. The Creation Museum is 1hr 10 minutes drive away The Ark Encounter is about 1hr drive Both Airports are about 45 minutes away The nearest city is LaGrange, less than 10 minutes away! Please note: o - Our family occupies the top and middle floor, excluding the suite. We are respectful of our guests and try our best to give them privacy and trust while on the premise. o - Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine! There is also a landline if needed. *amenities have common age limits and rules and restrictions. Although we try our best to have these amenities available, some require regular maintenance which may limit or prevent the use of them. Wavers may be required upon arrival for the use of certain amenities. The home is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are! Planning a crazy party with vodka and dub-step all night??? Awesome! But this is Not the place for you. If you’d like to have a relaxing get together, spend a holiday, or enjoy being with people at regular hours then we would love to host you.
