With a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Agriturismo Al Gallo Nero Giallo, part of the reconstructed former monastery Gallo Nero in Tenno, is perfect for a relaxing holiday near Lake Garda with lots of opportunities for activities such as cycling, hiking or rock climbing. Lake Ledro and Lake Molveno can also be reached by car. The 70 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as 1 guest toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (only available in the common areas) as well as a TV.

A balcony and a shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, garden furniture and a covered terrace, is also available for your use.

Cold and clammy

The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. There is no such advisory in the listing about cold temperatures and a municipal heating ban. The photos of the apartment are also misleading in that they show a seemingly much bigger space. Overall the apartment is quite small and spread over two levels and we let ourselves be fooled by a wide-lense images. Do not recommend.

Hi Felix, Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry you experienced an issue with the cold temperatures. We have spoken with your host, and would like to address the points you have made. There is a municipal law throughout Italy where heating inside properties is restricted in the summer months. After you contacted your host, they switched the boiler on for you, despite these restrictions being in place. The boiler was running all night. After you had departed the property, they discovered the room temperatures were at 20° and the windows left open. We kindly request that guests inform their hosts if they decide to leave the property earlier than expected, so that the host has the opportunity to re-let it to other guests. We are saddened that this did not happen here. As you are aware from your communication with us, we continue to try and resolve this matter positively for all parties concerned. We regret that your stay didn’t go as well as you had hoped. We hope to have the opportunity of hosting you again in the future. The Holidu Team.

Uriges Rustico mit 5 FeWos. Tolle, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation, alles sehr schön vorbereitet. Innenhof mit kl. Restaurant bis 21 Uhr, in dem die Gastgeber ihre Produkte und selbstgekochte reg. Spezialitäten anbieten - sehr lecker! Ausstattung der Küche etwas dürftig.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns bei Guiliana und ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus mit verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen, sehr herzlichen Gastgebern und mitten in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen. Von dort ist man schnell am zauberhaften Lago di Tenno oder auch am Gardasee. Außerdem kann man von hier aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
