Welcome to a tranquil, spacious & scenic getaway on a quiet road, in Upper Kings Beach. We are proud to offer a home with plenty of space for a relaxing Tahoe getaway. This newly remodeled home has the accessibility you are looking for nearby the fun and festivities of Kings Beach. We are walking distance to the lake, and a quick commute to ski resorts like Northstar at Tahoe or Palisades. Behind our house is a backyard that can lead to the Kings Beach trail system. Our home is ideal for your group offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 9 people. Our four inviting bedrooms, include a queen bed, king bed, bunk beds, and two twin beds. Guests will find two bathrooms with refreshing showers and one bathtub, and one half bath near the kitchen. We have a great mattress and comfortable pillows in our four bedrooms. The 1st floor has a queen sized bed, 2nd floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a bunk bed room with a queen bottom bunk and twin top bunk and a master bedroom with a king sized bed. We are proud to offer a home with new finishes and continual updates. As of March 2026 we feature new flooring, furniture, washer, dryer, and shower fixtures. A highlighted feature of our home is having plenty of space outdoors with a great front yard, backyard, and porch. Throughout our home we strive to create a comfortable welcoming retreat. Whether you’re gathering indoors, or exploring nearby, this Tahoe modern home provides exactly what you're looking for.
