Escape to beautiful North Lake Tahoe in this spacious, newly remodeled Kings Beach retreat — perfectly located on a quiet road in Upper Kings Beach, just minutes from skiing, hiking, dining, and Lake Tahoe beaches.
Ideal for families, groups, and ski vacations, this modern Tahoe home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoy easy access to top destinations including Northstar California Resort, Palisades Tahoe, and downtown Truckee while staying in a peaceful mountain setting. One of the highlights of our property is the abundance of outdoor space. Relax on the porch, enjoy the spacious front and backyard with a short stroll to the lake or walk to the trailhead of the chipmunk trails from directley behind the house. We are proud to feature our new turf field in the front yard with outdoor furniture and sports equipment. Whether you're visiting for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, lake days, or simply relaxing in Tahoe, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and nature.

Hello, My name is Jeremy Landy and i went to college in Tahoe at Sierra Nevada College in Incline village. As an avid hiker and frequent snowboarder Tahoe captivated me. I am lucky enough to have hiked the Tahoe Rim Trail, Appalachian Trail, Wonderland Trail and segments of the PCT. I was looking for a home to live in and enjoy in Tahoe for a number of years and i finally stumbled upon this home in upper Kings Beach. I purchased the home in 2018 and lived in the house untill 2021 when i met my wife in New Jersey and moved back home to Vermont. My wife and I love to visit Tahoe and are so excited to continual remodel this residence for when we visit creating a great space for everyone to enjoy in Tahoe.

This is a huge lot for a tahoe home. We also have an in law unit downstairs with separate driveways. All the improvements to come is what makes this place special and we look forward to turf fields in front yard.
